Welcome to Shuttermap, a service provided by Summtech Limited ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using Shuttermap ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services or website.

  1. Description of Service

Shuttermap is a Software as a Service (SAAS) application that allows users to visualize drone photos in 3D on a globe.

  1. Subscription and Pricing

Monthly License: $15 per month Annual License: $12 per month (billed annually at $144)

  1. Payment Methods

Payments for subscriptions are processed via credit cards through Stripe.

  1. Subscription Terms

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis as per the subscription plan selected (monthly or annual).

  1. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, you can contact us at support@shuttermap.com or use the cancellation option in your account settings.

  1. Refund Policy

All fees paid are non-refundable. There are no refunds or credits for partial months of service, downgrades, or unused months.

  1. User Responsibilities

By using Shuttermap, you agree to:

  • Use the Service in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Not misuse or abuse the Service, including but not limited to using the Service to store or transmit harmful or malicious content.
